The Phantom (Erik)
Erik, although by his name can seem a paranormal character, he is a human being, just as the other characters in the book are.
The only difference between him and the other characters is that his face isn´t like normal humans.
He's got yellow-ish skin and his face looks like a skull. He has two holes were the eyes should be on. he is slim, tall and has got short black hair
Erik's personality, at first sight, can seem a horrible and vile person, whose only purpose is make people suffer if they don't do what he demands.
However, if you take a deep look in his life, you may realise that he is like that because of his tragic and solitaire childhood.
That tragic past is also the same reason that Erik finds so hard loving someone, but still he falls in love with Christine and teaches her singing lessons because he is a very good singer
